The most wicked thing about this toddler Wicked Witch costume is the name! The girls witch costume includes a black, polyester dress that Velcros in the back for closure and trimmed in silver. "Oz" is written in silver on the chest with an image of the witch. The top portion has a green, sequin vest attached with a matching belt. The belt is embellished with a silver buckle and netting that also matches the long sleeves.
