Kick up your heels with Dorothy on the Yellow Brick Road in this Scarecrow teen costume! The tween costume includes a green, polyester top with quarter sleeves that are lined with elastic. The top laces up with black string and the collar is made up of orange fringe. The brown, pleated skirt is also made of polyester but feels like velvet. It has a ruffled and elastic waistband for a comfortable fit and a yellow rope belt accents the skirt. The green, cone-shaped hat is made from foam to maintain its shape. It is embellished with an orange patch as well as orange fringe. The brown boot tops are decorated with orange fringe at the top and are held over your shoe with elastic and Velcro. Orange fringe also makes up the included elastic wristlets and choker which Velcros around the neck.
