It has long sleeves and a plunging neckline, which both feature white cuffs and collar. Four leather-like belts with silver buckles embellish the top as well as the pleated skirt along the waist. The waist is also lined with elastic for a comfortable fit and zips on the side for easy on and off. It has a built-in petticoat for extra volume and peeks out of the bottom of the skirt.
