Our majestic Queen of Monaco costume for women is sure to make a grand impression on everyone you meet! The beautiful, black crushed velvet dress has an insert of burgundy through the center of the gown. The top is lined with an elegant silver trim for a delicate touch. The puffy sleeves are made of the same velvet with white shoulders and cuffs. Silver elastic is sewn into the sleeves in four areas along the arms to give them that puffy look.
