Have some fun this Halloween as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz in our plus size Dorothy dress. This costume features a blouse that is white on top and blue and white gingham-print on the bottom. Light blue rickrack trim on the collar and cuffs gives a picture-perfect look. The blouse ties at back of neck. The matching gingham-print apron jumper features an empire waist with two large white buttons attached at the end of each shoulder strap. The apron buttons closed at back of empire waist.
