Oscar the Grouch Character Costume

Oscar the Grouch is a classic Sesame Street character! It's a tunic of bright green 55% polyester/45% acrylic long-pile faux fur that fastens at the back of the neck with Hook and Loop fastener. From the waist down it's a cylinder of gray polyester windbreaker fabric with printed details to look like a trash can. There are 24" diameter wire hoops at the top and at the bottom of the trash can section. The headpiece, of the same faux fur as the top, has an inner hood that fastens under the chin with Hook and Loop fastener. It has Oscar's big googly eyes and bushy brown eyebrows above the character mouth which is the face opening. Find Elmo and other happy characters to drive Oscar crazy!
