The funny 1920s costume includes an over-sized, detailed mask that is made from vinyl and textured to make it appear wrinkled. The mask features a lit cigar in the mouth as well as holes for unrestricted seeing and breathing. The black, polyester coat is covered with white stripes and has a white “mock” shirt underneath it as well as a black tie.
