Celebrate your independence in this women's Statue of Liberty costume! Great for 4th of July events, this costume includes a light green headpiece that secures in place with a black elastic strap around the chin. It is made from durable foam and is accented with black. The light blue dress is made from polyester and velcros in the back for closure. A sash drapes across the torso from the left shoulder to the right hip and elastic is sewn into the sleeves giving them a bunched look.
